Community Market Conditions Half-yearly Report

 

Atherton Report

During the first three months of 2009, the reported average sales price of a home in Atherton rose to $2,714,714 from $2,410,455 the previous quarter.

Menlo Park Report

During the first quarter of 2009, the reported average sales price of a home in Menlo Park fell below $1 million for the first time since the second quarter of 2003.

 

Portola Valley Report

During the first three months of 2009, the reported average sales price of a home in Portola Valley was $1,693,750, slightly up from $1,447,000 the previous quarter.

Woodside Report

During the first three months of 2009, the reported average sales price of a home in Woodside fell to $1,993,100, down from $2,049,214 in the last quarter of 2008.
